Blackgem Capital Investments Inc does business as Intelli Management and Construction. The company was founded in 2004 by CEO and Director Mr. Aftab Punjwani. The company was primarily formed to be an Asset Management firm. Currently, the company is managing a $40 Million portfolio and is growing. Our portfolio includes Apartment complex, Retail centers and Office Buildings. Recently, the company started adding Hotels in the management portfolio.
